TRIBUTES have been pouring in for tragic News Letter employee Aaron Montgomery who died after spending a night in a Belfast nightclub.
Tributes and messages of love - and devastation at news of his death - have been pouring in for the 23-year-old.
They have told of their grief by posting their own dedications to the friend they described as a "legend of a guy" on his Bebo website.
One heartbroken work colleague spoke of the shock felt by those he worked with.
"The seat beside me is just sitting empty and I am just waiting for u 2 come through the door with a smile on ur face. R team wont b the same without u," she said.

Report this message By Linda Leckey on 22nd Feb 2008Aaron was with us for a short time but with his easy going way and constant smile it seemed like he was here much longer. Knowing how quickly he made friends here in work it is impossible to imagine how his family are coping with his tragic loss, my thoughts are with them.
God Bless Aaron

Report this message By Tommi Anderson on 21st Feb 2008I knew Monty quite well having gone to school at Lurgan Junior High and the College together, but due to differing paths hadnt seen him much since we left school. I did however have the pleasure of bumping into him while home at Christmas and was able to have a good catch up with him and the other boys. To think how things can change overnight. Its incredibly sad and shocking how a life can be cut so cruelly short. My sincerest heartfelt condolences are with the friends and family circle at this most difficult of times.
Report this message By Claudine Smyth on 21st Feb 2008Aaron, I only knew you to say hello when passing in the office, but you always seemed such a nice guy, always smiling.
Having read the messages on this site, and on your bebo page it is very apparent that you touched many peoples lives and will be sorely missed.
My thoughts are with your family and friends at this difficult time.
Rest in peace Aaron x
Report this message By Rankin Armstrong on 21st Feb 2008I found Aaron to be a polite, pleasant and courteous young man at all times. Indeed, last Wednesday (the 13th) I met him on the stairs and, always the gentleman, he held the door open for me. My thoughts and prayers are with the Montgomery family at this heart-breaking time.

Report this message By Neil Robinson on 19th Feb 2008It was with great sadness to learn of the tragic death of Aaron Montgomery. I never knew him really but it really shocked me to learn that yet another young life has been so tragically taken in a sad way. I wish to extend my sympathy to his mother Jacquline and his father Stephen and his brother Adam and sister Rachel. May he be a shining example to the goodness which so many young people do have in this country and with the talent he had in his job and also his love of football.
