A motor cycle hearse led the funeral procession of Mrs Tracey Moore (43), of Chapel Street, Langwith, to Whaley Thorns cemetery, where a graveside service preceded burial. Born at King’s Mill Hospital, Sutton, and educated at Ashfield Comprehensive School, Kirkby, Mrs Moore had been a life-long local resident, living at Langwith for the past 10 years. A keen animal lover, her hobbies included breeding Rottweiler dogs and she enjoyed motor bike riding. Mrs Moore, who died at her home, leaves her husband, Mr Peter Moore, her son, Wayne, and daughter Julie. Mourners were Mr P. Moore, Miss J. Boyson, Master W. Boyson, Mr and Mrs Moore, Master B. Kenworthy, Mr B. Simmons, Mrs M. Chappell, Mr and Mrs P. Rigley, Mr and Mrs T. Holmes, Mr and Mrs Clamp, Mr and Mrs Singleton, Mr and Mrs Parr, Mr and Mrs Burges, Mrs K. Lanson, Mr T. Allen, Mrs E. Copstake, members of the Black Aces Motorcycle Club, Master J. Wilmot, Mrs J. Wilmot. Floral tributes and donations for the People’s Dispensary for Sick Animals (PDSA) were from the above mourners, family and friends. The service was conducted by the Rev B.
