MRS G. L. TURNER (Alfreton)


St Martin’s Church, Alfreton, was full to capacity with family and friends for the service which preceded burial at Alfreton cemetery of Mrs Gillian Louise Turner (41), of Preston Avenue, Alfreton.
Born at Buckie, Banffshire, Scotland, Mrs Turner, who was educated at the local High School and then at Bolsover School, had lived in the area for 24 years.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and socialising with her many friends.
Mrs Turner, who died at King’s Mill Hospital, Sutton, leaves her fiance, Mr Harry Smith, two sons, Ritchie and Ryan, two daughters, Bethany and Seanna, and her mother, Mrs Carole Elizabeth Taylor, of Alfreton.
