    So much has happened this past year and unfortunatley you were not here to share some wonderful times with us, im sure you and nanna know all about the things we have done and acheived since you went away to be together. You have a beautiful Great grandson who entered the world 10 days ago and we have called him Hayden Rhys Jacobs. Sleep tight and thinking of you every day.
