Simply select the announcement, click on the 'Add a message' option on the left hand side, and then add a headline, and fill out the 'Message' text box.
If you would also like to attach a photograph, click the 'Browse' button, select the photograph that is stored on your hard drive, and add a title describing the photograph.
If you have not logged in to the website already, you will also need to login or create a new account.
Finally click the 'Send message' button.
As soon as you have confirmed your account, the message will be sent to the editors of the announcement for approval.
