SLADE DENNIS On December 19, 2008, suddenly but peacefully at home, aged 72 years. Dennis Slade of North Dalton, formerly of Moortown, Leeds. Dearly loved husband of Joyce, dear father of Dennis, Annette, Karen, Denise, Mandy and Diane, a loving grandad and great-grandad. Service and cremation at Octon Crematorium, on Friday, January 2, at 3 p.m. Family flowers only by request. Donations in lieu if desired for The British Heart Foundation.
